Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Nothing But Now mobile application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RAW Future s.r.o.

3. Service Description

Nothing But Now is a meditation and relaxation app for iOS that provides:

• Meditation timer with various session lengths
• Guided breathing techniques with visual and haptic feedback
• Voice-guided meditations
• Soothing nature sounds (soundscapes)
• Integration with Apple HealthKit to track Mindful Minutes
• Option for voluntary contributions

4. License and Usage Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Remove or obscure copyright notices
• Sell, rent, or sublicense the App

5. Voluntary Contributions (Tip Jar)

The App is provided free of charge. Within the App, you have the option to make a voluntary financial contribution to support further development.

• Contributions are one-time and non-refundable
• Contributions do not entitle you to any additional features or services
• All payments are processed through the Apple App Store
• Payments are subject to Apple's terms

6. Health Disclaimer

The App is not intended for:

• Diagnosing, treating, mitigating, or preventing any disease
• Replacing professional medical care
• Addressing acute health problems

If you are experiencing serious mental health issues, please seek professional help.

7. Intellectual Property

All content of the App, including but not limited to:

• Graphic design and user interface
• Voice recordings and meditation texts
• Sound effects and ambient sounds
• Source code and software
• Logo and trademarks

Is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights belonging to RAW Future s.r.o. or its licensors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without any warranties
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any)

9. Availability and Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Change or discontinue the App or its features at any time
• Update these Terms (changes become effective upon publication)
• Restrict access to the App for any reason

We will notify you of significant changes to the Terms through an App update.

10. Third-Party Terms

Use of the App is also subject to:

• Apple App Store Terms of Use
• Apple HealthKit Terms (if you use this feature)

11. Termination

This license is valid until terminated. Your rights under this license will automatically terminate if you violate any of its provisions. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and remove it from your device.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from these Terms or related to the App shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.

Before initiating legal proceedings, we commit to attempting to resolve any dispute amicably.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RAW Future s.r.o. regarding the use of the App.
